I think ebay should have a board for sellers to post all the unpaid bidders if they don't have one already. In the event that  buyers wants to block them before they bid, they can. I really think that ebay should come up with better solutions than punishing the sellers! After a buyer do all the work, listing, paying the fee, etc. The seller still has to wait for the 8th day to file for the unpaid dispute. If it comes final and FVF is granted, then the seller can second chance or re list. By then, no one would even want the item anymore.

If the table is turned, ebay would not be in business. That is, if ebay have to wait till the seller sells the item, collect the money. Ebay might or might not get their cut because of the unpaid bidder, would you say they want the policies to be change too? Get real, no one is here to lose money!
