Use your drill or dremel tool. That's the answer.

1. Drill a hole on a piece of chipboard. Wear it on drill bit. So you can get flat roll of ribbon not a cone. Plus it'll help you remove the ribbon roll from the bit when you are done.

2. Tape the end of the ribbon as shown. Please note that you must tape all three area.

3. Hold the ribbon loose end tight and pull the trigger to roll the ribbon. Tape the end when finish and then remove the chipboard with ribbon roll.

4. Replace the chipboard for next roll.
