Everyone that comes into my home asks the same questions- "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT??"  And I reply every single time "I GOT IT ON EBAY!!" About 8 out of 10 people reply that they can never usually find what they are looking for and then I sit them down and explain the missing step that they didn't even know existed...  You must type in what you are looking for and then once a few items appear, you must check the little box below to "search title and description".  This is extremely important and most new ebayers don't realize it- and even some lightly seasoned ebayers don't know that either.  Once you start searching and using the title and description you use your own discretion on how much or little you need to type in.  If you get too many to search through then only put in key words, if not enough then add more key words. This way you have many to search through and you will find exactly what you are looking for!  Most people new to Ebay get frustrated and then won't try it again because they don't understand why what they are searching for doesn't pop up right away and 99% of the time they never checked the box to search title AND description! When people see that I have bought pretty much 75% of all of my household goods on Ebay they are truly amazed. They always tell me that they can't find stuff like that here in town and they  beg me to come over and give them a tutorial, so I feel that this will come in handy for those new to ebay. For those of us that have been at this for a while this may sound silly - but believe me, almost everyone I talk to about all of the unique items I have bought off of Ebay say they have given Ebay a try but never find what they are looking for and the reason is because they don't check that little box "search title and description". I have helped many of my friends and my family- and even people in line at the post office or store this advice and they are excited to go and try it out when they get home! So give it a try, give it a little time, and before you know it, you will find that PERFECT item! And for you seasoned Ebayers, spread the word, it will help you sell your items and make Ebay even more profitable! YAY  EBAY!
