Enclosure cards (like reception, respond/RSVP and/or map cards) should lay on top of the tissue inside the invitation face up and then insert the filled invitation into the inner envelope.

Address (ungummed) inside envelope with first names only, and insert in outer envelope. The name(s) on the inner envelope should face the back of the outer envelope.
