Not everyone knows how to open an attachment & there is absolutely no shame in that! This guide is a step-by-step guide for those of you just getting started & need to learn how to open an attachment.

The following steps & pictures are an email i sent to myself with an attachment of one of my eBooks, Sell on eBay-BASICS to POWERSELLER.

Once you have opened your email & have read the body of the email you scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the email & you will see the title:

 it is small but see the long box at the bottom of this email... there is a little paperclip & next to it is the actual title of your attachment which is a clickable link.

Click the attachment title which is a link. It will now guide you to either "download attachment" or go "back to message", click the "download attachment" button.

Once you have clicked the download attachment button a new window will pop up that looks like this:

Click "Open" & as long as you have a reader in your computer, i use Adobe Reader, your attachment will automatically open.

Make sure if you are planning to keep the attachment you save a copy by click the "Save a Copy" tab at the top & save to a designated section of your computer with a title you can remember.

I hope this helps you in the beginning stages of working on computers. It was not that long ago i didn't even know what a computer was now i am doing tons of complicated HTML & even writing eBooks. You are on your way!!!
