Making a rubber band ball requires extreme patience, and lots and lots of
rubber bands! Here are the supplies that you will need to begin making your
rubber band ball:
1. Either a few sheets of paper or a few large pieces of aluminum foil
2. Lots of rubber bands
(300-400)
To begin, take your few sheets of paper or aluminum foil, and roll it up into a ball. It doesn't have to be a perfect ball, but make sure it's about the size of a small apple. Take your rubber bands, and begin rapping them around the ball of paper/foil. At first, double wrap the rubber bands to make sure they stay, and they are sturdy and tight. You don't want it to be loose in the middle. Once it begins to get bigger, you can just slide the rubber bands on the ball, but make sure if you do that, overlap the next band on the previous one you put on there to make sure the previous one will not come off. Have fun!
