I am 23 years old and I weigh 127 lbs. about 6 months ago I weighed about 156. I wasn't really overweight, but I was not happy with my body at all. I am in a relationship with someone and he weighed about 45 lbs. less than me, this played a big role. I noticed how my weight really had a big effect on how insecure I was, so I decided to go on a diet. I didn't know which diet to choose from because everywhere you go, you hear or see a new and different technique on how to lose weight. I tried everything when I was in high school, but nothing worked, from getting a 2 year contract at my local gym to taking diet pills that made me feel so unnatural, I knew they couldn't be good for me. I always have cooked my own meals so that made it 100% easier for me to be in control what I ate. I completely stopped drinking Coke or any regular soft drink, I started drinking diet soft drinks and water. I lost 5 lbs. alone in one week from cutting out regular soft drinks. That was easy! Then I got excited and figured out if I made little steps like this, it wouldn't be so hard to grasp on to a new diet. After that, I cut out anything that was white, which was hard for me because I really love white pasta. I started eating wheat bread, brown rice, and wheat pasta. Finally, the break through, I cut out all fried foods, yep, I did it.No more french fries, no more onion rings, no more buffalo wings. I did give myself a break on Sundays,but I didn't go crazy. Throughout 6 months, I lost a total of 29 lbs. and I feel much better about myself today than I did 6 months ago. I was so happy that I did this all on my own, that I wanted to share this diet for free with everyone that is looking for an easy way to lose weight. Good Luck & Be Strong!
