1st and Foremost, you CANNOT ASK FOR POSITIVE FEEDBACK IN AUCTION OR BUY IT NOW LISTING ON EBAY!  This is called "soliciting feedback" and is majorly frowned on by ebay.

However I have found a way to almost double your feedback on items sold and items bought on ebay.   Its sounds to easy but the answer is email.  

Just email the seller or buyer and ask if they had a good transaction and if there is anything you can do, if there are no problems ask them to reflect this on ebay and "Give Them the Link" so they can easily leave you feedback without having to think about it. 

There are many reasonably priced ebooks with resale rights out there to resell on ebay also, this can be very effective way of obtaining feedback as well.

You can search ebay by price, take a look for one cent ebooks and you can get some really fast feedback buy buying penny ebooks as well!
