In this talk, you will find out about a very simple technique for finding the right depth fast. It is EASY to do, but too many fishermen don't...
There are all kinds of gadgets to help fishermen out with finding the depth where the game fish are hanging out.
There is one problem.
Sometimes the "gadgets" are wrong.
I like to get PROOF of what depth the fish are by actually CATCHING them.
Here is how I find the right depth quickly and easily, but it takes a partner and it's called TEAMWORK.
Finding the best depth quickly is best with a partner. When fishing with a partner, you can do double the work at finding the best depth for catching. Each of you should start at different depths and track the
number of cranks off the bottom that it takes to get strikes. This way you can quickly find the best depth.
Make sure to change depths often if fishing slows!
One more point. If you are trying something, and it's not working and you aren't getting any bites. STOP DOING IT. Just start doing something else until you find something that works.
This goes with all fishing, and it's something most of you know (and do), but I wanted to reinforce this as it is all too easy to get "lazy" and sit on your hands when nothing is happening.
Don't be afraid to shake things up.
