You have probably looked at some of my items for sale and wonder where did I find such a great deal that I can sell it on ebay. I have a few of those secrets for you.
1. Old items - clutter around the house - Don't wait until spring to do that cleaning. What is one man's trash is truly another's treasure.
2. Broken items - items that need repair. you may have old computer equipment, cell phones, electronics that would not be worth repairing for you. many ebayers that can fix things up look for items that they can repair. don't be ready to discard your items so quickly just because they don't seem to have tangible value right then and there.
3. Freebies - promotionals - movie posters, items from a giveaway at a sporting event, old ticket stubs.
A couple of tips if you are searching on ebay for a find
1. Read the full descriptions - learn about shipping incentives. many sellers don't factor in their full shipping costs and you can often benefit from their inexperience or miscalculations. i've underestimated a number of times.
2. Misspelled items - when searching variate on the spelling because often times a listening is misspelled and therefore overlooked. can't get the bids if you can't properly find it.
3. look for items that do not have pictures - most buyers will overlook those that do not have pictures in the gallery or won't buy without pictures in the listing. can miss some great finds.
Happy Hunting.
