I'm sure many of us serious ebayers would have at some time or the other encounter such people. These particular group of people would just bid and win your item and then refuse to respond to your emails or calls for payment. I'm sure many of us would have ben tempted to give negative rating, upon frustration. And in some cases, the joy bidders would respond with equally negatie feedback.
Well, cool down when the next time you encounter such joy bidders. Let me share with you my experience in dealing with these people. Usually after about 3 emails notifications within the payment period stated (e.g. 7 days), I will immediately lodge a dispute with ebay on the unpaid item (Dispute Console). This will automatically issue another email to the buyer. Be patient. Wait for another 8 days. If there is no response from the buyer, all the better. Immediately, I will close the case by indicating in the Dispute Console that buyer did not respond. Not only you get refunded, the joy bidder will get an upaid strike against him or her. And you can leave a negative feedback on this irresponsible fellow after all these processes. You will feel satisfied at the end of the whole process.
