My purpose of this guide is to help you understand the prices of retail Party Supplies and Plan The Perfect Party for the right price. You want to give your child the biggest and best birthday party ever, every parent does! But you have a budget and you work hard to have to pay those retail prices. You see a sale wow 25% off or a sign that says Low Price or Even Half off. But are you really getting a good deal the mark up is unreal? I have gone into many Retail Party Supply Stores that have had sales and they have marked up the prices for the sale.  Stop buying retail and buy here.

1. Contact me Jennifer Keeley a name you can trust for all your party needs, from the Party Supplies to the Cake to the Lunch or Dinner Menu, I can help. You may also call me anytime for help with the homemade Cake or those homemade kid fun recipes I have LOTS and there SOOO quick and easy to do especially for a busy Mommy or Daddy!  

2. 3-4 weeks prior to your party choose a theme for the party contact me at My Party Shop for your theme. And if you don't see what you are looking for contact me and I can work with you to get you what you need. I have 3 BIG Discount Companies I work with and many little party stores that work with me. Custom Auction Available!

3. 3 weeks prior to your party sit down with your family and create a guest list! Here are just some idea's: Invite friends from school, church, daycare, work, playgroups, sport or activity classes your child is enrolled in, and don't forget the family!

4. 3-4 weeks prior to the party pick date and time! Don't forget to plan around the Holidays! 

5. Send invitations out 2-3 weeks prior to party

6. 4 weeks prior to the party order party supplies, decorations, party favors, etc. Contact me at My Party Shop for all your party needs! And if you don't see what you are looking for let me know and I will work with you to get you what you need! 

7. 1-2 prior to party plan games and activities. Always plan more than you expect to use. Plan activity for the age appropriate children! Always plan for indoor or outdoor activity  just in case the weather plans to change. Contact me, I also have ALOT of  idea's for children's games and activities!

8. 1 week prior to party order cake from bakery most bakeries have to have a 48 hour notice for a cake order so PLEASE be sure to get that cake order in! If you baking your own cake, you can  freeze it for up to 5 days! When decorating your cake for best results, decorate FROZEN let cake sit out after decorating for several hours! Remember you can always contact me for great  idea's!

9. Get an exact guest count! Call a few days before the party to friends and family that have not RSVP to see if they were coming to try to get a good head count! You don't want to be short on food, party supplies, or game activities due to no calls and show ups! 

10.  Make any food that cannot be made in advance. (Day before party) Remember you can always contact me for kid fun menu's, I have LOTS of easy and fun recipes. Also contact family ahead of time just in case they want to help with bring a dish!!

11. Order helium-filled balloons to have ready to pick up (Day of party).

12. Finish decorating cake, or pick up cake from bakery. (Day before party)

13. Prepare food and beverage that could not be made in advance. (Day of party) Contact me I have a WONDERFUL beverage that goes over great with adults and children it is SOOO yummy!! And inexpensive TOO! And you don't need ice!!

14. Take plenty of pictures and enjoy the day. Don't forget the Camera(s) such as: Film, Memory Cards, Batteries always have 2 set(s) just in case one dies, Videotapes, DVR.

15. 3-4 weeks prior to party call for Entertainment: Clowns, Balloon sculpturing, Face painting, Magic, Juggling, Stilt walkers, Unicycle riders, Dino Jumper, Elmo, Winnie The Pooh, Dora The Explorer, Barney, Wiggles, Spiderman, Cinderella, My Little Pony, Harry Potter, Ariel The Mermaid, SpongeBob,Veggie Tales, Blue's Clue's, Bob The Builder, Strawberry Shortcake, And Much Much More.

Helpful Hints With Helpful Hands!

These are my little helpful hands, without my family my business would not be possible!

 Have the birthday child involved in the planning as much as possible. This is there special day, let them decide on the theme, activities, and some fun finger foods!!  Mail invitations well in advance of party. If outdoors, be sure to have a backup plan in case of bad weather. Confirm any orders placed for the cake or food menu and/or party supplies. REMEMBER! Accidents happen, and little hand prints are everywhere, don't get discouraged, because they are so small! Things may not go as planned but sit back and look at your child's face it is something you will remember forever the smiles the laughs the fun they had that day!! The most IMPORTANT thing to remember is to have FUN!!
