It's not difficult to find Authentic Vintage CHANEL Handbags & Purses and defend yourself from fakes if you know some of the key things to look for!  While in cases of some other brand name products it may be quite difficult, all true CHANEL handbags have enough hard-to-fake features that's it's almost impossible to fool anyone who knows where & how to look.

If you have any doubts that a Chanel handbag offered to you via-ebay isn't authentic, then check for the following or do not bid on it!:

1.)  Interior Labels:

All vintage Chanel handbags have one of the folowing labels on the inside;  *gold or silver Chanel stamp. *embossed Chanel Logo in gold or silver, *rectangular leather label with Chanel logo in silver or gold, *oval label with embossed Chanel Logo, *black label with Chanel Logo in white color or a *Black with vertical lines. If there is no label or it doesn't fit into any of these catagories then the handbag that your looking at is only a fake!

2.) Serial Numbers:

All Chanel products that have been made since the 1990's including all vintage chanel handbags have a serial number inside of them with a 7 or 8 digit code. It must match the authenticity hologram card. So make sure it is always included in the purchase!

3.)  Zipper Pulls:

All Chanel Handbag zipper pulls including the vintage ones have either the interlocking CC's on them or the Chanel Logo on them. There are no Chanel handbags that lack them!

4.) CC Logo:

When checking the details of Chanel Handbags including vintage, make sure that you've taken a closer look at the interlocking CC logo.  The top portion of the right C must overlap the top portion of the left C. and the bottom portion of the left C must overlap the portion of the right C. Most fakes don't have overlapping C's and some have them overlapping in a different manner.

If you use this general guide to look for these features, you will be able to tell if the Chanel handbag you wish to buy is AUTHENTIC or not!
