Lip liners are pencils or color sticks that are used to enhance the way your lips look. when used they can create illusions to make your lips look smaller, bigger, darker or pouty, depending on your choice of color and application. Lip liners when used with lipstick help in saving your makeup from feathering, bleeding or cracking.
