Do you want to loose money? LOVE getting ripped off? Well, we have a DEAL for YOU, choose Doba for crappy over all service and non existing customer service, like I did.
I was looking for a wholesaler /dropshipper for my store, I came across A LOT of sites claiming they were wholesalers. I narrowed my search to doba and worldwidebrands. After thinking it over I (stupidly) went w/ doba because of their 7 day free trial and how cheap they were (slaps self on the forehead). I was so excited within days of the free trial I had already sold 4 items! I placed the order for the items and I continued my search for a better way of contacting wholesalers. Still within my trial period I wanted to cancel my account because even though doba CLAIMS to have and GUARANTEES the lowest wholesale prices they DON'T. I found cheaper prices on RETAIL online stores.

Anyway they wouldn't let me cancel my account because I had a pending order so I was then charged their monthly fee for accessing their site. I felt cheated because of the timing, I placed my order within the trial period but the supplier didn't acknowledge the sale until 8 days later +shipping time. When I received my package I was like great! I am cutting this bastards out but THEN I discovered that the supplier had only sent half of my order! Since doba is in the business of creating a "platform" between you and the seller they WON'T give you contact information for you to tear the supplier a new one instead their customer service recommends that you start a RMA and what not.
So I did as "Whitley" told me to do and this is what happened...

BECAUSE they took so long to fulfill my order I was FORCED to purchase the missing 2 items elsewhere. Doba REFUSED to go further and actually contact the supplier themselves and even though "Whitley" said I can "cancel my account 7 days a week" WHAT HE DIDN'T SAY was if I cancel my account then I LOOSE ALL CONTACT with the supplier. How is that helping me get my money back?
I mentioned in my RMA that I DID NOT WANT THE MISSING 2 ITEMS that I wanted my money back the supplier decided to ship the remaining items ANYWAY because if I return them now I get charged a 15 percent restocking fee and shipping. Interestingly enough if you look at my second RMA under STATUS it still states "pending supplier approval."
Doba's customer service is horrendous if you call you might be on hold for 10-20 minutes as it appears they only have one representative (everytime I called it was the same person). They also don't have a refund policy so if you encounter problems like I did you are screwed. I AM DONE WITH DOBA! GOOD RIDDANCE!
