Having twin toddlers, I learned rather quickly that in order to purchase name brand items I needed to find a way to purchase them without paying full price. I stumbled upon a site that offers coupon codes for many popular retailers. The site is called CouponAlbum (per eBay's policies I can't put links to other sites on my guide but you can google it and it should come right up). This company offers coupon codes for several companies such as Gap, Old Navy, The Children's Place, Target and more.
I have also found a company called BigCrumbs, a free site that offers cash back on purchases at the stores above and many other retailers including eBay. I signed up with them last year, and have made about $600.00 so far just from purchases I would make anyway. If you're interested in learning more about BigCrumbs, you can find a link on my About Me page. (If you sign up for the sight through my link, I get a small commission as well, doesn't affect you at all-- but would be much appreciated).
I have also learned that The Children's Place (my favorite place to get my girls' clothes) has several end of season sales. I normally don't pay over $5.00 for any article of clothing I buy from them using discounts (normally I can find a coupon code for 15% off), rebates (BigCrumbs gives 4.5% cash back) , and sale prices. Also, Target my second favorite store, often offers 10% off your entire order coupon codes. This combined with the up to 9% cash back that BigCrumbs offers can give you almost 20% off all items, including sale prices.
Since I like to dress my girls alike quite often (I figure I'd better enjoy it now before they tell me I can't), I normally don't find much luck at resale shops and clearance racks. I have found, however, that I can find items for the same price if not cheaper by using the secrets listed above, and I never have to leave my house with two babies in tow to do it.
Also, I have found several other coupon sites as well, and normally shop around on those to see who is offering the best code. The other sites I have found are RetailMeNot, Dealigg, and BuyZillion.
I hope my guide was helpful to you! If so, please take a second to say so below. Have fun bargain shopping for those kids!
