This is just a suggestion to new sellers based on my own ebay business.  Try it, test it, and it it does'nt work for you forget it.

I have ordered many items on ebay and many times from the same seller once I have dealt with them before successfully.  I find that many of the repeat orders were solely caused by the seller adding a little something in my package for free.  Thats right they did'nt even say anything about it in the auction. 

I cannot describe excactly how I felt, but it makes you feel important that they would think of giving you a free gift as added value to the auction you won and it shows that they will take time to go the extra step for you!

The point is this, I don't care what you are selling, if somebody wins an auction and you add in a little freebie they will love you as an ebay seller and this will promote future repeat sales from these customers. 

Besides it does'nt hurt to add a little sunshine to somebodies day, when you may be able to do so for pennies!
