Many people have had an auction or listing closed just because some joker emails ebay saying that they do not have the proper resale rights to there product. 

How does this person or ebay know this? 

They don't and it does'nt matter, ebay will close your listing anyhow.

Correcting this issue is very simple:

1.  Only list items that you actually do have expressed permission to resell

2.  Add small line in your auction something like "note to ebay : have expressed permission to resell this digital product that can be produced upon requst".

3  Keep all your digital products reseller licences and resale right info in one folder on your computer for quick location if ever needed.

Most likely you will never get any more heat from ebayers or ebay by adding this one little line, but just in case you do you better have proof or you can get in serious trouble with eBay and the author of the eBook.
