In my opinion, there are 3 types of bags that make the most sense.

The first is a style of bag made by DVC Corporation which are Micro Filtration Bags. The packaging looks these pictured below:

These bags are MADE IN THE USA and offer 99.7% filtration. Anyone offering 100% is not possible, there needs to be airflow. These are 2 play bags which captures most particles, but allows airflow. You may also wish to try another Synthetic Clothlike bag made by DVC corporation as well. These are more expensive bags that won't tear and offer a very high quality of\filtration. If you have Asthma or Allergies, this is the bags for you. (or the next bag below too ! ) The bag is made in Germany. The packaging looks like this:

Another Very High Quality Bag is now available on Ebay ! Its a Genuine Hoover HEPA Bag. It uses the 3M Filtete system which is the best (in my opinion) for people who suffer from allergies or asthma.
