I purchased an FU13 (uses the 813 tube by RCA etc.) and the amp whcih wieghs approximately 60 pounds was single boxed with newspaper around it to get shipped from Hong Kong to San Diego! No additional paddingso when the unit was dropped, as is expected, it was bent, scratched, and generally horrible to look at. Then i turned it on and the Chinneese tubes that are included, throw them away if you want any of the real tube sound/feel whcih is why you buy this unit. Anyway, the following has been going on for 6 weeks now and they no longer are in contact with ime.

So, first they would not believe that it was damaged and over almost two weeks and numerous close ups, far away etc picture (i.e. a delay tactic) and said that they will give me some cash ($70 usd on something that cost me over $600 usd to get!) which does nothing to allieviate the issue that the amp fase, cage, and high gloss stainless (i assume) is totally visually wrecked. But that is not the kicker, then i can only assume, the amp started to sporadically play and then just turned off.

Guess what happened then? I sent them an email and have never heard from them since. So I have a $600+ paper wight that looks like it was dropped twenty  times betwenn california and Hong Kong and wont play music. Great, thank you On9mart !!!!

Just so that more people do not get taken on this scan, i understand that some are satisifed people, but that is considering that everything came in perfect, do not try to resolve any issue with these crimninals. To prevent this, do not buy from someone halfway around the world who can ignore you as easily as they take your hard earned money.
