This is an easy to use and maintain generator that provides a basic amount of power for its relatively light weight (<30 pounds). The first time I used it, I flooded the engine. To avoid this I switch to choke for the first pull then switch the lever back. The engine always starts within 3 pulls. If you keep the switch on choke the engine floods. I read the manual but I am mechanically challenged. I also overloaded the engine which automatically shut down and worked perfectly afterward. This is a great machine.
