This consists of freshly harvested Macadamia Nuts cracked and sun cured right on the Nougat factory farm. The rest of the ingredients of this bite size offering are badger friendly honey (harvested right here on the factory farm), egg white powder, glucose, Outa-Africa South African sugar, natural vanilla and edible rice paper.

This treat has the same ingredients as the Macadamia Nut Nougat candy except it is presented as a bar. Delicious!

Homemade Macadamia Nut Hard Italian Nougat.

Again, this product has the same ingredients - fresh macadamias nuts, honey, sugar, glucose, egg white powder, natural vanilla and edible rice paper. What distinguishes this nougat from the rest is that it goes through a longer curing process to make it hard and chewy!

Postage Costs 

These cost can vary slightly depending on the South African Rand/US Dollar currency exchange rate.

Airmail:  $6.00 per 200g  - this is a flat rate and unfortunately combined shipping will not reduce the rate as the South African Postal Service charges per gram and not per envelope.

Surface Mail: $3.50 per kg (2.2lbs) with a minumum of 5kg (11lbs) to a maximum of 20kg (44lbs).  This is an extremely economical way of shipping volumes of our product.  The wait of surface mail will definitely be worth it!
