When buying home decorations on Ebay, yOu must keep in mind, unless the item is SEALED, it could very well have substantial "wear" to it.  I have purchased a lot of home decor for the holidays that stated they were new, and turned out to be from the 70's or 80's and never displayed...Make sure you ask your seller any questions that you have so that there is no cause for disappointment.  A lot of sellers encourage and love to answer questions about their items..it's all apart of making the sale! Don't be scared of buying off of Ebay..just be sure to cover your grounds and ask TONS of questions!
