The Merlin® Oil Pump easily replaces your original equipment or aftermarket oil pump.

This pump is machined from 6061 T651 billet aluminum and contains the finest components available anywhere. All Merlin Gerotor Oil Pumps come polished.

The Merlin® Gerotor Oil Pump as capable or supplying nearly 1 ½ times the oil volume of the stock oil pump, and more than 4 times the volume of the return. This is not the real advantage of the Merlin Oil Pump however. Where the Merlin Oil Pump really shines is when the oil temperature gets high and the oil has thinned out. The Merlin gerotor oil pump will continue to maintain excellent oil pressure under the most severe conditions.

When you are idling in traffic on hot days, the oil pressure can reach dangerously low levels. The Merlin Oil Pump will not let that happen. When the motor RPM gets close to the redline, conventional pumps cavitate and loose pressure when you need it the most. These pumps will not cavitate until the motor reaches over 14,000 RPM. That RPM is more than twice as high as most motors can ever reach. This is the reason that nearly every racing motor on the planet uses gerotor type oil pumps.
