All Hermes silk scarves produced from the 1960's have a copyright mark. See my guides on Modern Copyright Marks and Vintage Copyright Marks .
Most also bear the artists name or signature. But there are many exceptions that are not signed. Have a look at my Hermes Scarves Signatures I guide for some other examples. Here are some more of the most commonly seen versions, of the most common signatures. They may vary from design to design, and with time.......
Pierre Peron (Belle Etoile) Caty Latham (Emblemes de l'Europe) Laurence Bourthoumieux (Aloha 2000)
Misses out the anchor on non-nautical designs Sometimes signs as Caty May sign as Toutsy, L Thioune or L.T
Dominik Jarlegant (Face au Large) Leigh Cooke (Fleurs de Fuchsia) Kermit Oliver (Les Ameriques)
Aline Honore (Les Jardins d'Andalousie) Jean Louis Clerc (Soiree de Gala) Robert Dallet (Africa 1997)
There are many others. Here is the more rare signature of Christiane Vauzelles (from Brides et Frontaux 1982)
(She also signed as C.Vauzelles on La Berline d'Or, 1957)
Remember: if the Seller does not know the title of the scarf or the name of the designer then they are not familiar with what they are selling, so should be treated with extreme caution. Unfortunately the converse is not necessarily true: fakers selling counterfeits may well have the correct information in their listings, often copied from other auctions. This also applies to photographs which are very easy to borrow from elsewhere and may not be of the scarf that you receive.
