"Cirque Molier" was designed by Philippe Dumas and first issued in 1983.  It has been issued subsequently in 1995 and 2004.  This is another design that has become really popular with the fakers.  These are photo accurate copies that are exceeding hard to tell from the original just by looking at photographs.  The fakes have all the right key indicators including the Hermes copyright symbol in the right place.  But many of these fakes come in a cheap shiny silk, which you can often see.  Hermes silk scarves are always thick silk twill with a matt finish and a diagonal weave pattern visible in close up photos.   Many of the colours seem to be accurate, with one notable exception....there are three of these lovely pink scarves listed at the time of writing......

......BUT THIS PINK SCARF WITH LIGHT BLUE SHADOWS....

...WAS NEVER PRODUCED BY HERMES... IT IS ALWAYS A FAKE!!

This pink-blue with red border is also a fake....... just look at that FAKE label!..............................

You will see though that some of these are not completely photo-accurate when looking close at the detail, although you may not get good enough photos to compare.

FAKE.....................................             FAKE.....................................        Genuine......................................

Fake.........................................            Genuine.................................................

Do look really closely at the Seller with any of the other colour combinations of this scarf.  Multiple sales of this design or any others from the Fake List in any combination, or in combination with multiples of other high end designer goods should be an instant warning to you that something is not right. If the Seller has private feedback then they are probably hiding previous multiple sales of the same item. If they do not know the name of the scarf yet claim to have bought it in a Hermes store then they are trying to deceive you. Hermes do not have any discount warehouses.  Do take the time to look at my other guides.  They may help you avoid paying designer prices for cheap fakes.
