Below are a few helpful hints when buying Legos on E-Bay:
- Dont be afraid to ask the seller questions. Most sellers on e-bay are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. I, myself, enjoy getting a question from a potential Lego buyer. This helps both of us to feel good about the sell/buy.
- Always read the entire page before buying a Lego. Most sellers will tell you most everything about the Lego in an effort to reduce the chance of you being disappointed.
- If you come across a Lego that has a comment saying that the Legos come from a home with pets, It is a good idea to ask the seller if the Legos have been chewed by an animal. Sometimes they have small marks on them where an animal has sat and chewed on them.
- When buying a used lego set, It is a good idea to ask if the legos are tight or loose. Many times, I have bought rare legos and when they arrive I find that the bricks are loose. This causes the bricks to easily fall apart. It is pretty hard to play with these sets and you will need to be careful.
Even if the lego set does not come with instructions, you can see a link to a website with all Lego set building instructions in my about me page.
