When selling a variety of product lines, many of which are new and different to the buyer, it is imperative to explain where these products are made (countries), how long they've been in business and the specialties of these companies.

I want my buyers to branch out and try new and different items.

Aside from my Frequently Asked Questions page, I have made a page Know Your Brand Names explaining the product name, country of origin, and their specialty.

As a seller, it is my responsibility to educate my buyers.

As a buyer, I appreciate learning all I can about the product line in the eBay store rather than having to do a Google search!

Don't assume all buyers know the origins or specifics of all products.

Show them how many wonderful and new items you have in your store and make shopping fun and easy for your buyer.
