The Havoc Mini RC Helicopter is a small lightweight rc toy that can be used by almost anyone with just a little practice. Promoted by Spinmaster toys, this little toy delivers exactly what it promises. Fun
The copter is a small, lightweight foam craft with a dual propeller on top and a tail rotor.
Set up is simple and straightforward. Put in 6 AA alkaline batteries and charge the copter. Balance tape and a spare rotor blade are included.
No wires, Infrared wireless control system, and three control choices allow three to be flown at the same time. The control codes are " A, B, and C" If you want to fly more than one make sure you find the code sticker on the box and buy different letters.
A charge cycle takes about 20 minutes, and the copter will fly for a good 5-6 minutes nonstop. They recommend a cooling off period of 15 minutes before a recharge, so play can be slow between charges. Seeing something hover right in front of you is an amazing sight.
The copter lifts off quickly and is very responsive to the controls. The ability to adjust the rotor speed to control the natural spin of the craft is built into the control with a simple 2 way button.
Lift off and then adjust the trim until it hovers steadily in the air. It will climb slowly or rapidly to heights of 25-30 ft at yoour command. Steering takes a bit of practice, but once mastered you can do spot landings anywhere you want and take off again. I find that it drives my cats crazy and has even survived a few flying swats out of the air. Beware of fans and powerful drafts, they make the craft unstable.
It has crashed many times during the learning process and come back beautifully.
If you know someone who likes flying toys, this is a great little craft that delivers fun right out of the box. Some versions have an added CD Game in the package, but are usually sold on TV.
A tough little bird that you can fly almost anywhere. Now to see if I can add a landing platform to my RC Blimp.
Enjoy
