Hi everyone, I am so glad you stopped by. So many people are interested in using herbs or aromatherapy products, such as essential oils, or Flower Essences,  for their health but simply do not know where to begin or how to use them. It is GOOD to be concerned! It is GOOD to be worried about using something that you are unsure of. Perhaps I can be of help to you then!

Too often I see people, like yourself perhaps, unable to seek the advice, help and treatment they are in need of due to finances. Unfortunately Alternative Medicines such as Herbalogy and Aromatherapy are not covered by health insurance, this is slowly changing but for the present this is the reality of life.

As a Certified Herbalist, I have taken an oath, much like a medical doctor. Part of that oath is to help others to learn about the wonders and miracles of the plants around us. I also believe in teaching you how to care for you. One of the things I do locally is to meet with a person, determine their individual needs, recommend different plants, herbs if you will, help them to plan, and plant a garden, and teach them how to grow these plants, and then how to use them for their specific purposes, be it drying them or making tinctures etc. I do not feel that my "job" is like a medical doctor, who you go to see once a month, sit with him for 15 minutes and make an appointment for next month. My "job" is a relatively short term relationship, although many of those who I have helped have had long term relationships with me, but not on a "doctor/patient" or "practioner/client" basis. Why? Because my role as an Herbalist and Aromatherapist is to teach you how to help yourself, teach you how to use the gifts of the earth.

With this in mind, I have begun to offer "Herbal Advice Phone Consultations" for a relatively low fee. I accept best offers, and I also accept bartering methods of payment when cash is just not an option for some. I do believe in the philosohy of "Teach a man to fish, rather then give him a fish dinner", so I do need to ask something of you, feeling that this helps in your treatment, on so many levels, emotional being the biggest one. Do not be embarrassed if you need to discuss different forms of payment, if needed, BUT please come and talk with me, allow me to teach you some of the wonderful things I have learned from so many ways.

I have several certifications and licenses in several areas of the field of Alternative Medicine. Some, but not all include certification as a Master Herbalist, Master Aromatherapist, a researher with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists, and a Practitioner with the Flower Essence Society. Those are my "pieces of paper" that say I know what I am doing. I am also a recogized Shaman with my Native American Family. You can check my references and my certifications if you wish.
