haunted, paranormal, enchanted, spells, paranormal, metaphysical, genie, marid, djinn, jinn, magick, faery, fairy, How do I tell if the seller is authentic??
Merry Meet! I have been getting many questions from some of you asking me how to tell if a seller is genuine. Lately there has been a flood of sellers claiming to be selling authentic items and they are only taking advantage of good people! So, I would like to give you all a few hints on how to spot the fakes.
Please don't take me wrong, There are many authentic sellers on ebay but there are also some that just see dollar signs. This is very disturbing to me and I know to some of you as well!
HERE ARE A FEW TIPS
First~check their feedback, ALL THE WAY BACK!!! Be cautious of 'private' feedback or ones with very low feedback!!! Check their feedback all the way to the last page. To do this click on their feedback score and then go to the highest numbered page of their feedback. Look to see what they started selling on ebay. If they started by selling books, movies, clothes...in other words, every day items and now suddenly they are selling paranormal items, Watch out!!
Second~Be cautious of sellers that don't say were they are really from!! Places like "near salem mass" or 'magickal place usa' These sellers don't want to let you know were they really are so there is no way for you to find them if there is a problem!!
Third~ check to see if they have changed their name!! Check this by clicking on their feedback score, then click on 'more options' in the top right hand corner. finally, click on 'view ID history' this will bring up the list of names they have used since they first joind ebay no matter how long ago!! Be catious of ones that have changed their names often or changed it to make it sound more Magickal!!
Fourth~ ASK QUESTIONS!! If a seller is genuine they will know what they are talking about and will welcome your questions!! A fake will give very vague answers or answer that try to make you feel like it was a dumb question or that you have no idea what you are talking about. For example. A great question to ask is 'how do I know your items are genuine'? A fake will often answer with things like, 'There are belivers and non belivers, either you believe or you don't'. Watch out for people like this!!
And Finally~ Ask if they stand behind what they sell, will they garauntee their items!! I will!! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!! I am confident you will love your item!! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase simpley return it with in 7 days an I will issue a full refund minus ebay and shipping fees!!
A NOTE OF CONCERN!!!!! Recently something was brought to my attention that raised a bit of concern. It seems there are a couple new 'groups' on ebay that are trying to make it appear that if a seller does not belong to their group that they are not authentic. Please, DO NOT be taken in by this misrepresentation!! Ebay does not recognize these groups and they are in no way endorsed by ebay!!! There are many authentic independant sellers on ebay that are in no way associated with these 'self endorsed groups' and refuse to join a group that has no merit and tries to discredit others solely for their own financial gain.
