As I frequently search for harmonica items for my husband, I find many items listed as harmonica's end up to be an accordian. Please note that although both of these instruments are indeed wind instruments, they are very different. If your item is held to the mouth, chances are it is a harmonica. If your item is held in both hands, these would probably be an accordian (concertina: a smaller button filled accordian).
