Unmarked and very interesting, I believe from the 1950s, I have never seen these, and do not remember them as a child in the 60s. This is a monster face with long hair and a pierced ear with an earring.  Skull with Red eye, both 6 inches in height and 4 inches wide, has a Two color paint scheme on white blow mold plastic. Monster still has part of its stick, could be removed, and cut to accept a small light as other Halloween lights. There is some damage, but does not effect its display quality. There is a crack in the rear of head and a bulb burn mark on bottom of neck.
