Do you like Halloween Ornaments? Hallmark has made some adorable Keepsake Halloween Ornament offerings. I've listed below the years & show some of the harder to find ones also. Let me know what you think of this guide. David

Hallmark introduced the Halloween Keepsale Ornament line in 2003.

There were 8 ornaments & a metal hinged display house. The Acrobats set of 6 bats seem to be the hardest to find.

For 2004 Hallmark offered 7 ornaments & this time made a display house called "The Mansion on Ravenwood lane" $39.95. This battery operated house had different rooms that would light up when turned within the house to display some of the ornaments. The Frederick O'Ghastly & friends set of 3 are the most valuable in this set. My personal favorite is the Mathilda the cook. She has some funky hair & features a thumb wheel turn so you can make her stir her cauldron.

For 2005 Hallmark introduced the Hauntington collection. There were 2 buildings, The Deadwood shops $39.95 & the Hauntington Town Hall $39.95. There were also 7 Ornaments offered. The Ivana Hacketoff ornament is the hardest to find. Each of the ornaments in this collection have a play on word for their names. Hallmark also issued other gift items that were part of the Hauntington collection.

The 2006 Hallmark Halloween collection is by far my favorite & hardest to find so far. This collection features Peanuts characters from the  "It's The Great Pumpkin" . These were sold individually, but when they came out most collectors bought the whole set of 5. I'm not sure why, but for some reason "Sally" is the hardest to find. Snoopy is flying his doghouse above the display on a special hook that comes with the base. The display base includes Linus. The original retail price for this set was about $50.

The 2007 Hallmark Halloween Keepsake Ornaments were issued in sets. There was a Looney tunes collection of Oz characters set of 4 . A Disney Mickey Mouse Famous faces set of 4 &, Frightful fun set of 4 Halloween Characters & a set of 6 spooky spiders & bats. This last set of spooky spiders & bats & the Oz collection appear to be the most popular at this time. The spooky set is hard to find & the Oz set is popular with those collectors.

I'll be adding the 2008 Halloween Ornaments soon.
