My 16 month old grandson, like many other children, reached into this toy to retrieve the balls and his arm became lodged. It took us half of bottle of baby oil and some time to release him. Calling Hasbro I was informed that he was the only child that this had happened to. When I told them that they were less then truthful, there are other stories on the internet of children who have also gotten stuck and their familes contacted Hasbro. The company told me to "send it back, we will refund your money". They will send you a label, to send back the item. However, if you ask where you are to accquire a shipping box you will be directed to go to your local supermarket. They did rush us off another toy. We did not chose the new toy nor was it anything that we were interested in, the ball popper was interactive. They sent him some kind of ride on toy, between not being able to get over the antenna and getting his foot stuck inside the handle each time he gets off, its a pain. I was promised my money back, once they received the ball popper. It has been well over a month, 2 unanswered calls to consumer affairs, this week alone, and still no refund. I do not recommend this toy. As you can see by my little Grandson's face, he is no fan either.
