READ THIS ENTIRE GUIDE! I share a fun tip that allows you the opportunity to wear ANTHROPOLOGIE clothing basically FREE (and sometimes for profit)!!! READ ON!
Anthropologie was created in 1992 by a small group of people who wanted to open a store that inspires the imagination. With great success it has become a chain with stores trickled about the USA.
Here's some quick tips to finding ANTRHOPOLOGIE pieces that are really affordable:
When searching ebay make sure to add the keyword ANTHROPOLOGIE. Most sellers will add that in their searchable title if an item originated from there. You should do this because Anthropologie carries a wide array of labels...many that come and go with the seasons, with new labels coming in all the time. It's very hard to stay up-to-date with the labels they carry!
I have done a ton of research and ebay is the cheapest source for new and pre-owned Anthropologie pieces. YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, SO- get to the FREE part already...ok. ok, this is totally and completely legitimate and it will allow you to wear the prettiest Anthro clothing by spending little to no money at all (and sometimes turn a profit). BUT- it does require your time. HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
If you are anything like me and tend to wear something only once or twice, then LISTEN UP! The demand for Anthro pieces is VERY high on ebay, especially for dresses and jackets. So- you buy your fave Anthro items on ebay...enjoy wearing the items, have them PROPERLY cleaned and then resell the items on ebay. Generally sellers will let you use their photos (and sometimes their description too) if you decide to resell the item(s) on ebay. Make sure you ask for permission first before using someone else's auction pics and info! I have often turned a profit with this method and it's totally legit! It's like a win, win, win situation! With just one catch...don't dirty up, rip, or generally damage any clothing...then the value of it plummits. OR another method...this one is not as cool. But- you can buy Anthro pieces that are on sale from the Anthro store that are brand spankin' new and when you are done with them...simply sell them on ebay. NOTE: this method almost NEVER yields a profit, in fact- you will be lucky to break even on what you spent, BUT it does allow you to make some money from the item(s), and that's not so bad! The newer the item is that you sell on ebay the more money you will make on the item! In this economy- everything counts!
Please rate this guide as being helpful...I don't share my money making / clothing tips with just anyone! LOVE and PEACE to all!
