soccer  The dilemma for SOCCER fans is 'how do you spot a fake shirt'?  It's the pride and joy of any self respecting football fan but is the shirt on your back the real McCoy?  The main giveaway is likely to be the ridiculously low price.Fans might think they are getting a bargain but they are buying inferior goods.  Counterfeit shirts are made by low paid workers in sweat shops;  It's easy to spot the difference when you put the two shirts side-by-side.  Most fake shirts are not as well cut, and are often manufactured from cheaper materials.  Sometimes the club badges have a slightly different, simplified design.  Be suspicious of clothing with no or poor quality labels, poor quality printing or embroidery of logos.  The customer can find it hard or impossible to get a refund;  poor quality products which do not perform or last as long as expected;  The real shirts sell for about $70 but  inferior copies are designed to be sold for around $10.

More than 4,000 counterfeit England football shirts were recovered in the UK's biggest ever seizure of bogus goods. It is believed by investigators that profits from the illegal trade was channelled to Bin Laden's terrorist organisation, Al-Qaeda.

Don't be frightened to email the seller and ask outright if this is an authentic shirt.  If no reply, then you have the answer to your question!   Taking a moment to glance over the sellers feedback will also give you an idea of what to expect from this buying experience. Lastly be aware if item is located in Asia this is where most of the fakes originate from.  Must stress that you basically get what you paid for.
