HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT SIZE, SHAPE AND STYLE HANDBAG

Choosing the right handbag can be very DIFFICULT!!!! It is hard to know what size, shape and style handbag to buy, so I have put together a guide to help you in choosing the right handbag for your needs, your wants and your style.

Your handbag is as important to your fashion statement as your shoes, jewelry, or any other accessory you wear. Your handbag can take your image from dull and boring to bold and sophisticated or fun and sexy. That’s why it’s so important to know how to choose the right handbag. A handbag can say a lot about the person who is carrying it, so you want your handbag to be saying all the right things about you!!!

Of course you want a handbag that is of good quality. A good quality handbag will last for many years. It’s always nice to have several handbags for different occasions, different styles and different moods. After all women always have lots of pairs of shoes so why shouldn't we have lots of handbags too!!!!!! :)

You will need a small to medium size casual handbag for everyday occasions, a large practical roomy bag for when you have lots to carry around, and an evening handbag for more formal occasions.

If you want an everyday handbag to carry your wallet, cell phone, accessories, makeup, and anything else you might need on a daily basis, then you will want it to be a good quality handbag, since you will be carrying it a lot!!! I suggest having several everyday handbags, ones in the basic colors of black, brown, red, navy and tan or bone. Then you can also have a few prints or other colors that you might like, which will co-ordinate with your wardrobe. I love white handbags, they go with everything, but I buy them in prints because they do get dirty easily and with a print handbag spots or stains won't be as noticeable!!!! Print handbags or ones that are easy to clear are a great choice, if you have children!!!!

1.) Hobo bags: small, medium and large size handbags and are a crescent shape that you can carry over your shoulder, they are a very popular style these days!!!!
2.) Satchels: medium to large size handbags that close at the top have a top carrying handle, and a triangular side profile.   
3.) Shoulder bags: small, medium and large size handbags that have a single strap or double set of straps that make it easy to carry the purse over your shoulder.   
4.) Flapbags: small to medium size handbags that feature a fold-over flap that covers the top of the handbag.  
5.) Demi handbags: small to medium size handbags that have a short carrying handle at the top, so you can carry it in your hand or over your shoulder.   
6.) Drawstring handbags: small, medium, and large size bucket shape handbags with a cord around the top of the bag that you pull to gather to close.   
7.) Shopper bags: medium to large size handbags that are similar to satchels and are usually very roomy top-handle handbags with a zip or button closure. 
8.) Carryall: medium to large size handbags with double sets of handles easy to carry in your hand or over your shoulder and are great for everyday use at the office.  
 
If you want a functional handbag to carry work documents, your laptop, or workout clothes for the gym, then look for a handbag that is big and roomy.

4.) Briefcases: help to keep your business documents crisp, clean, and organized with a new leather briefcase and good for carrying a laptop
5.) Messenger bags: sling a soft messenger bag across your back and they offer a comfortable fit, a large amount of storage space 
6.) Duffle bags: tall or wide duffle bags made of canvas, nylon, or leather fit over your shoulder and have a wide opening at the top. Their long shape makes them ideal for carrying gym clothes.   
7.) Diaper bags: all new parents must have a diaper bag for carrying baby items such as diapers, changing pad, extra clothes, wipes, formula and bottles, get one made of vinyl or nylon because they are easy to clean.  
 
If you want a handbag for a night out on the town, then you will want a small classy and sophisticated style evening handbag.
