EVERYONE WANTS TO LOOK COOL!

When buying military tactical gear there are several things that you need to consider, your life my depend on it!

Comfort:

           When in a combat zone something as small as a hang nail could get you killed. How? do you say? Simple your foot is hurting just a little bit as you walk on patrol. When running a sweep you need to keep every last brain cell on what you are doing. Checking corners, setting fall back points, looking for the next cover spot, should you need it. A small itch or pain could distract you ever so slightly.

   Same goes for vests and any other gear. Holsters and pouches should fit very tight and snug. They should not slap, flap, rattle or bang around. To do so is called "battle rattle" You should keep items off the very front of your vest if at all possible. Ever try and crawl with a chest full of pouches? How much closer could you get to the ground could you get. Remember, low profile is extra safety.

   That being said you should not wear excess gear either, take only what you need for your mission, which granted could be alot of equipment.

Quality:

   In this business quality is everything. Most of the gear we sell comes with at least a 1 year warantee. LBT, Wiley X and ESS come with a lifetime one, UTG 12 months.

 You should not be affraid of your gear braking. You should not be able to step on your vest or pack, pull up with your arms and rip it. Materials should be 100% Cordura and not light weight nylon or canvas. Nylon tears if you look at it funny, canvas rips when wet.
