    TO BE OR NOT TO BE A NEGATIVE ONE---THAT IS THE QUESTION. I remember when I first learned about negative ones in Math class.  Little did I know that buying my first item on eBay from a Dishonest seller would send me into the twilight Zone.  If you will look her up and read her comments on items she sells, you can tell she is not someone to buy from--however people still buy from her and she has more negatives. I was not able to give her a negative in return as a -1 can not give feedback. I did get my money back from Discover Card who protects 100% against fraud, but not from Pay Pal. With the new feedback for sellers only, this could not happen. It is Dishonest Sellers like this who have the most to lose when no feedback for sellers only is enforced. I refused to buy another item on eBay until the system was changed. It will not be changed until May and if you are reading this and a new buyer, do not buy until it is changed. There will be a Boycott in Feb because dishonest sellers will not be able to give a negative and I urge new buyers and old buyers who have been ripped of or given a negative to Buy or sell during the boycott and only buy from sellers with 100% and 100% satisfaction guarantee.  After the boycott, do not buy until it is changed. If it is not changed, do not buy at all from eBay EVER. I wish that the boycott was about final value fees and I would have supported it. It is about negatives and such a distrust for the buyer and such animosity towards the buyer that many people who I speak to will not buy again because of the way buyers are being attacked. The General opinion is if this is the Attitude of sellers towards buyers, then they want no part of eBay regardless if they change the rule.  Sellers are so blindsided and totally outraged and so angry at buyers who they have not even met yet. No one needs or wants Anything that much to be treated and looked at like potential thiefs. I am receiving filthy messages from sellers. I ask all new buyers to refrain from buying right now and buy during the boycott. Then, we do not buy until May when the rules are changed. If the rule is reinstated then we do not buy from eBay again.
