Shipping costs may also reflect the cost of  ebay list fees and paypal fees~ many buyers are not aware of this~ see the little fine print at the bottom of the paypal payment? IT SAYS THIS MAY INCLUDING ANY SELLER HANDLING FEES .....ah you did NOTnotice that before? but it is there~

ebay charges a "fee" to list items and percentage of the end sale price....when you buy it~ paypal charges a free to receive your payment! it is NOT free for the seller~ONLY to the buyer~ so that are THREE fees that 'maybe" including in the shipping charges you did not know about~

ALSO May 12th 2008 the Post Office just increased Priority Shipping which effects the majority of items shipped on ebay~

** also the cost of the BOX, packing material, are PART of the shipping expense~**

want the item TRACKED? USPS charges 65 cents for tracking Priority and 75 cents for parcel post and media mail delivery confirmation tracking~

with GAS being so high at this time UPS and many of the private ship companies charges have increased too over the last several months~
