Gymboree? Why is it Gymboree is one of the Hottest Reselling Brands on the Market today?

Gymboree by far is the hottest Resale line and why is that? Now  it may not be the most expensive brand on the market at Retail but the Resale opportunity is so great, many items sell as good used as their retail value cost when they were new. Why is that? Well after selling on ebay for years and after studying many clothing brands I think I have a good theory.

First the Company has been a good reputable company that stands by their products. Very little problems with recall, flaws etc.. People like that in a company that works hard at good customer service. Customer Service is what most people expect. They know things may not always be perfect but professionalism is important. The company I think understands this.

People know when they Purchase Gymboree, they are buying a quality product.

The shirts are double stiched, creating strong durability for many washings. People know this.

Cute, this company is really creative and comes up with never ending ideas year after year. They keep up with the trends, they stay with classic proven looks while adding a touch of style. Style unique to them!!

Gymboree has Great Designers with such creative imagination. I think that Creations makes or breaks a company, along with good quality craftsmanship. They not only come up with pretty fanciful patterns, they can create trendy, whimsy, animal, floral, seasonal, sports any type look and it sells.

The "Naming the Lines/Collections" is great help for consumers to "Identify lines/collections" this inturn creates more eye to detail. I think that helps to identify items that are resold, with the consumer using search keywords to look for that particular line. Ok I missed such in such line and I wish I would have bought this, ok go online an see what is out there. Ok so Mrs. Jane Doe purchased this ensemble used but now wished she would have bought some shoes  that mathced? She can easily search with the keyword of the Line to locate a match.

I think this company not only has the good quality items and style-they have excellant marketing. I mean take for example the Gymbucks? Who doesn't want free money? Everyone wants to have free money to buy more clothes!! They can almost guarentee their customers to come back for redemption of Gymbucks.

They also have the "Circle of Friends" also extra Clearance and Baby Sales, Back to School additional discounts and more! They have a fabulous marketing team that makes these sales work. IF you notice Gymboree inventory moves? Unlike many brands on the market that sit? They are constantly having promotions and sales about every 3-5 weeks they have some sort of offers ongoing. This is brillant, it keeps their name out there in the community.

People can relate and know hey this is a good name. They make good products, they have good sales and promotions all the time. Ok, sometimes you can't buy everthing in every collection, it is just too costly. Now this is the brillant part, that is where resale comes in!!

Ok you have the skirt from last year but the shoes don't fit? Ok go on ebay and find a larger size!! I think the company by keeping their name out there with so many promotions every month keeps them in the spotlight. If you look not every clothing company have monthly sales or new lines that come out? Not every clothing line offers good quality products, some are just so so.

Some boutique lines are nice but then you discover there are just too many beads and sequins that fall off. Gymboree just adds just enough with their style. They create clothing that is Wash in Wear, something comfy and stylish. Easy clothing for moms with busy kids.

They are very careful with creating, if you notice that Baby Girl is more applique that has little to no beads or sequins. Kid Girl many times has more beading or sequins or extra little things. They are a good company, they do take into consideration choking risks (Unlike some clothing companies I don't feel always realize kids that are under the age of 3 could choke on some decorations yes even on a topk tank, skirt)

Gymboree also has such cute whimsy patterns for Baby Girl and Baby Boy. You just don't see many companies that offers the really suprer cutie stuff. Ok some but will anyone buy it after it is used? Most likely no!

Some Proven Lines I have found that sell very well used  here are just a few to name, there are so many but I think are somem of the best Girl reselling clothing lines:

Whale Watching

Leapin Lily Pads

Puppy Love

Sporting Green

Flower Power

European Holiday

Golf Pond

Sunflower Fields

Folk Song

Panda Club

These are only a few that are good resellers, there are more but these I think are the best. Gymboree is a good brand to resell however the old lines that were created before the collection names came do not sell well.

So in conclusion I only buy my kids clothing that will resell, I mean what do you do with it when they outgrow it anyways? You may as well make something on it right?

I think design, quality and customer service is what keeps this company around for decades. They have such an amazing customer service and you know the quality is there, people will buy something cute & made well. Yes, names do matter, brands do matter. I hope this helps.
