Sadly, there are numerous sellers on eBay who claim their items are something they are not.  If you want FAKE Gibson Fender Epiphone Guitars - you will find plenty of these inferior items on eBay.

TO HELP YOU IDENTIFY REPRODUCTION GUITARS ON EBAY, HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT CLUES AND CHARACTERISTICS TO LOOK FOR: 

===> Many of these sellers have very low starting prices and use the exact same photo over and over in their listings.  Look at the seller's previous listings and you will see the exact same photos used over and over and over! 

===> Please read Everything - including the fine print, which may possibly disclose (in very poor English) that these Guitars are made in China- READ EVERYTHING!

===> Some of these questionable sellers include Gibson or Fender or Epiphone or in their Titles and Descriptions even thought these Guitars are Fakes - trying to fool you.  These tactics are against eBay rules! Report them to eBay for Misrepresentation.

BUYER BEWARE!

===> Check the seller's feedback record carefully --- You should read each seller's feedback and examine his/her use of the English language.  If you see negative and neutral and withdrawn feedbacks - BEWARE.
