When you read someone's Guide or Review, you are asked to RATE it.  This rating becomes part of that writers history.  Many of us are proud to write our opinions/thoughts/experiences for others to read and gain or profit from.  We work hard to make out writing available to you.

Once you have read our writing, the least you should do is RATE what you have read.  If it was helpful then SAY SO; on the other hand, if it was NOT helpful, state that too.  It's really simple, all you have to do is hit the radio button that expresses your opinion of the piece.  It's pretty discouraging to read ones writings and find that 80 people have read it; but NONE of them were adult enought to leave a rating!  These must be the same childish, oafs, who buy an item, after being fully apprised of the shipping/handling costs, and then berate the seller as if he overcharged them in that area!  Not adult enough to accept responsibility for their own actions!
