This is what we do;

up to 5 inch select <1lb add $2 handling plus $2 international

up to 7 inch select 1-3 lb add 2.50 handling plus $2 international

up to 9 inch select 2-3 lb add 3.00 handling plus $2 international

up to 11 inch select 3-4 lb add 3.50 handling plus $2 international

up to 13 inch select 5-6 lb add 4.50 handling plus $2 international

up to 15 inch select 7-8 lb add 5.50 handling plus $2 international

> 15 inch use scale then times by 1.5 for weight to put into eBay's form

Use the 1.5 wt times .50 per lb for the handling charge international is always $2 more.

If item is near mint or mint then add $1 to handling for extra padding, if older than 50s add $1 more for more protections.
