Authentic Brighton is just BRIGHTON...I know that sounds silly...but it is not Brighton Bay, Brighton Lake, Diane Brighton, Brighton Pier (although there is a Brighton Pier in the UK !!!!) or any other number of combinations these sellers advertise. Many of their products resemble the look of authentic Brighton..but they are NOT the quality of Authentic Brighton produced by the Leegin Company.  If buying a purse, make sure it has the Brighton Creed, a  number given to each individual handbag....which is embossed on a square piece of leather along with the name "Brighton."  Although most Brighton jewelry is not sterling silver the base metal is dipped IN Sterling Silver 22 times and then coated with a material which protects the beauty of their products. Make sure you READ the description carefully as some of these sellers don't even try to hide the keyword spamming.  Some fill in the "Made by box" on their listings with "Brighton" so it comes up in an overall search of Brighton.  If in doubt, click on the "Ask the Seller a Question" and make sure it is authentic Brighton.  If the seller is an honest one...they will tell you the truth...
