Over the last four years, Dwyane Tyrone Wade Jr. of the Miami Heat has donned a number of Converse footwear ranging from Icon Warrior, Wade County, "The Wade" Wade Signature Mid, Wade 1.3 to his current signature shoe Wade 2.0. 

Coming out of Marquette in 2003, Converse (which is now owned by Nike) signed him up as an endorser for their Icon Warrior line along with other members of his freshman class: Chris Bosh (Toronto Raptors), Kirk Hinrich (Chicago Bulls), Troy Bell (Memphis Grizzlies), and Michael Sweetney (New York Knicks/Chicago Bulls).  Over the course of the next two years, Converse also introduced several versions of low-cut everyday leather footwear entitled Wade County. 

On November 3, 2005, Wade's signature shoe was released appearing in two colorway's White/Navy/Gold and Black/Red.

Converse also released a 2006 limited All-Star Edition box set containing a pair of Wade Signature shoes with a colorway of White/Navy/Red.  The large box which details Wade's humble beginnings to his rise towards NBA Stardom also has a pair of  Blue/Gold Pro Leather Ox low cut shoes which pays tribute to Wade's alma matter Marquette University.

Aside from the other Wade Signature colorway variations (E.g., White/Red, White/Red/Black, White/Silver, Black/Black/White, Black/White/Orange, and Black/White/Red). Converse commemorated Wade's 2006 Post-season appearance with a Black/White/Red colorway.  The difference with this particular pair is the debut of the Wade Logo--a silhouette of the Dwyane--which replaces the long time Converse All-Star logo.  Lastly, the Black/White/Red colorway is also the pair which Wade wore during the 2006 NBA Finals.

I hope that this guide is able to help you decide which pair you would want to get.  I have seen a number of Wade Signature pairs available on eBay between the sizes 7.5 to 10.  In my opinion, if your a big Wade fan and would want several pairs, go for White/Navy/Gold, Black/Red, and the 2006 All-Star Limited 2-Pack Edition.  So what are you waiting for?  Go after these collector items and start your Wade collection today!
