Most women are wearing a bra that does not fit properly
Here is a quick and easy guide to help you find your correct bra size
You will need two measurements:
1. Band measurement (underneath the breast)
2. Breast measurement (fullest part of the breast)
Determine band measurement: Measure the ribcage under the breast. Do this without clothing. Keep the tape parallel to the floor (straight across), making sure that the tape is flat over your skin, snug but not tight. Also, make sure it is not drooping in the back.
If measurement is an even number then add 4", if it is an odd number then add 5"
For example: If the measurement is 31", then add 5" and your bra size is 36".
If the measurement is 30", then add 4" and your bra size is 34".
Determine your cup size: Measure around the chest over and including the fullest part of your bust (usually at the level of the nipples). Take this measurement while wearing a comfortable, unpadded bra. This measurement includes the chest + breast. Now, take the chest + breast number and subtract your band size number.
The differenct between these two meassurements is your cup size:
-1" AA
1" A
2" B
3" C
4" D
5" DD
6" DDD (F)
7" G
8" H
For example: Chest + breast measurement is 44". Your determined band size is 40". The difference is 4". Therefore, your cup size is D.
Simple problem solvers:
Problem: Band rides up on your back

Problem: Underwire is sitting on your breast, instead of your breast sitting on the underwire
Solution: Buy a bra with a smaller band size and with the cup at lease one size larger
Problem: Straps fall down
