Many people when ask if they would like to take a survey offline would think of people out there to scam them. Now this have caused alot of people to have the perception to think that all paid survey site online are scam site as well. Your job is to make money not to judge. Do your research and ask around in the forum if you intend to sign up for any paid to take survey site. Below are some tips to help you do the first round of screening.

Tip 1: Review the website

Is the website displaying all the pages correctly? Poor html coding can be a sign to show that the site owner are inexperienced or the site is still very new. Some site were full of affiliate ads promoting other paid survey site. Does it look professional ? And most important, is there a FAQ page and contact us page?

Tip 2: Pop-up Ads or Promotion Ads

If you see many pop up ads or ads promoting other affiliate networks, you should never return to the site again. Look out for trust pop-up on your desktop or  web browser. Some sites  are just spyware site to collect information about you. Quickly run away from them.

Tip 3: Joining Fee

Is there a joining fee? Are they very high? Usually they charge around $40 to 50 USD one time payment. If you need to pay every month just to be on the site, you can forget about joining. Also so free doesn’t mean good. Most of the free site are just affiliate site promoting or recommending other paid survey sites to you.

Tip 4: Payment to you

What sort of payment are they paying you by?  Check, Paypal, Cash, or lucky big sweep, free coupons draw? Read their payment cycle and stay away from those who say you need to reach a certain minimal before getting paid. If a survey pay you $2 to $20 take it and slowly progress from there. High paying surveys dont come knocking on your door every single day.

Tip 5: Loyalty

If you find a site that pay you consistently, stick to it and make sure you promote the site to get refferal fee. Since there are countless of scams site on the internet, legitimate sites are hard to come by. Be sure to do your research in detail and email their support staff to test their response time. Most importantly, ask yourself do you really enjoy being paid this way 2 to 5 years from now.
