Great Workout for no time, injuries, or relaxation

I bought this workout when I injured my back pretty bad over 10 years ago. I was in bed alot and could not lift things and was in a lot of pain. I did physical therapy but my weight just kept skyrocketing.

Then I found this workout with Greer Childers called Body Flex....at first I just watched and tried a few of the moves. Then I built myself up to doing it 3 times a week. Then every day.

I have done this workout from memory daily since then. And my back is now strong once again and I mean I had an injury from a fall down a flight of stairs and the Doctor's were talking surgery.

I did not have surgery on my back. I kept doing this workout. I watched what I ate and increased this workout sometimes to 2 or 3 times a day. It really is easy once you get the hang of it and I even did this workout through 2 pregnancies and working!

I am not skinny minnie but I am a healthy size 12 and if I even let myself go a bit and start putting on weight to where I do not like the size I am I begin doing this workout from one time a day in the mornings to 3 times a day every day!

It WORKS....It really does work! and now I have the new Gymbar and her routine is right on the bar! The gymbar is the same as the Original Body Flex I do but it gives you more workout time and a bit of a change in routine though some of the moves are the same or similar...not all of them are with the gymbar and you could do them without the bar.

I find it very relaxing & an excellent way to relieve stress and I do not sweat when I do this workout either the Original or the Gymbar routine...I just get a nice sheen and feel warm...but my muscles definately know I did something!

I have since incorporated this routine into a daily thing with Rachel McLish half of her workout just for my arms, and the Island Girls Hula workouts I wrote reviews and guides on already!

I do the Original Body Flex Workout first and then the routine on the Body Flex Gymbar either with the dvd or just looking at the gymbar since the moves are on the gymbar anyway.

Then I do a little bit of Rachel McLish for my arm workout and then to have fun and kick it up a notch I do a couple of the Island Girl Hula dance workouts with Kili while I wear my Baby Phat wedge 3 inch heel sandals so I don't really have to think much about IF I am getting the hula routine right or not ~ the heels automatically make my hips sway the way they need to be for these hula routines and I feel it too! I have added a sexy Twist that gives this workout an added boost & in no time at all I am now wearing my body hugging workout clothes again and have noticed my arms are more defined and my butt is really taking shape now too!

When I do these Hula Workouts Any of them I put on my 3 inch Sexy High Heels ...they have a nice stable cork wedge on them like a flip flop style by Baby Phat and they are NOT the stiletto kind...these have a solid high heel wedge and I use them to help me maintain that sexy hula wiggle that these Island Girl Hula dance tapes are all about. Because all girls know when you wear your high heels you get a workout on your legs but you also get a natural hula sway so no effort there and all the benefits are yours with my added twist! Try this next time you do your hula routine and see how fabulous you look and feel with little effort at all and have a blast too!

I do these all the time and I must say people are starting to notice I am doing something and even my husband gave me a compliment when he saw my new sexy swimsuit I am going to be wearing to the beach this summer!

A girlfriend of mine who goes to Weight Watchers Religiously has since quit going to that and asked me to get her this workout series with the Gymbar...she has a bit more weight to lose than I have.But she will get there too with this workout routine I do I have no doubt.

So now when someone asks me to go to a pool party or our children want to go to the Beach I am ready and in shape and will not feel out of place!

I look better now and feel better all because of this workout and what it does for me! Even on those days I do not feel like working out I still will find the time to do this workout regardless of anything else. Always! that is how good it is. And I am not on any diet. I eat whatever I want and still do this workout and I am now down regularly to my size 12 jeans again!

This workout is for everyone no matter man or woman. It benefits all and it only takes 20 minutes a day! I do it while our son is getting ready in the mornings for school and when it is time for him to be on his way I am done with the workout from Body Flex by Greer Childers....This is not the Shapely Secrets series she has ...this is the ORIGINAL Body Flex workout I am talking about & the Gynbar routine she has that is seperate.

When you do the Gymbar routine and twist the bar each twist is like adding 5 pounds of weight so that is good for those of us who do not have the hand weights and so on.

But I love this workout so much I just wanted to share it with those out there who are looking for something that works fast and is simple to do no matter your age. This is the one! It has worked for me time and time again! I will probably be doing this one for the rest of my life that is how good I think it is!

YOU will see for yourself Greer does not lie when she says she has a way to make the weight MELT off your body like Butter! She is absolutely correct and she used to be huge herself.... on her Original Body Flex tapes she says she weighed over 200 pounds and then decided to try something new and has been doing this Body Flex ever since!

I LOVE THS ROUTINE & I KNOW YOU WILL TOO even if you just do Greer's Workout or Gymbar routines it is great but I just added some things to give it an added Bonus and Twist to kick it up a notch for me. Hope you like it too!
